Visa Fee

Most applicants will need to pay a visa application fee when collecting their passport. The fee must be paid in cash (electronic payment is not possible), and the applicant will receive a receipt from us when the fee is paid.

Visa fees from April 1, 2026, for applications accepted by June 30, 2026

Visa fees from July 1, 2026

Please bring the exact amount in cash when collecting your passport with the visa.

Please note that electronic payment methods, such as credit card or Swish, are not possible.

For some nationalities (such as Swedish citizens), and under some circumstances, the visa application fee is waived, and in those cases you will be informed of this at the time of application.
